Development Proposals

Kingston Business Park will be changing over the next few years in response to occupier requirements for more high quality employment units. Approximately 90,000 sq ft of new accommodation is to be developed
and will replace some of the oldest building onsite.

New high quality units from around 2,500 sq ft to 5,600 sq ft will be provided with construction starting in summer 2022.

Expressions of interest from occupiers are welcomed.
